JAMAICA 2002
Jamaica is an island nation of the greater Antilles located 90 miles south of Cuba and 100 miles west of Haiti. It is
smaller than Connecticut. Jamaica is an incredibly beautiful
island, with a tremendous amount of history. We discovered
Jamaica's sun-drenched beaches, warm tropical breezes, and our rich
cultural heritage in Morant Villas Hotel in Morant Bay. Morant Bay, the capital of
the parish of St. Thomas, is a vibrant bustling, truly Jamaican city located in the
southeastern part of Jamaica. It has a beautiful public beach
name Prospect Beach. In a bit of history, in 1865 Morant Bay
was the starting point of the
Morant Bay Rebellion. This was major revolt in Jamaica's
history.
An irie vibe, carefree, cool and casual - teams up with mesmerizing cliffs,
mountains, and miles of white sand beaches, luring you into
relaxation. Jamaica is not just a place but a state of mind.
